Valuation of businesses, as well as movable and immovable property

Doc. JUDr. Ing. Zdeněk Dufek Ph.D. graduated from the Law Faculty of Masaryk University and from the Faculty of Business and Economics of Mendel University. He also completed studies in a postgraduate study program focused on business valuation at Mendel University. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Brno University of Technology with a doctoral degree. The topic of his dissertation was the evaluation of the economic efficiency of public construction investments. He is an authorized expert in the field of economics and specializes in the valuation of businesses. He is registered under registration number 52 in the register of experts according to Act No. 254/2019 Coll., on experts, expert offices and expert institutes.  He is a holder of a FIDIC certificate. In the years 2018 to 2022, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Czech Science Foundation. Since 2020, he has been a member of the group of experts of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, where he participates in the evaluation of the Transport 2020+, Éta and Sigma programs. He is a member of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Brno University of Technology and a presidium member of the Czech Association of Experts and Appraisers. In January 2023, the Minister of Justice of the Czech Republic appointed him chairman of the examination commissions for the special part of the expert entrance examination. He speaks English and German.
